We are absolutely delighted to announce that one of our goalkeepers Sofia has been scouted by Celtic FC! 💚🍀

What an incredible opportunity for our young goalkeeper, and one that she should be incredibly proud of. Her hard work, dedication and commitment between the sticks have certainly not gone unnoticed! 👏🙌

Sofia will continue to be part of our Wishaw Wycombe U10s squad, and we’ll be right behind her, supporting her every step of the way as she takes on this exciting opportunity.

What a game from our U14s today! 👏🏻⚽️

The girls absolutely knocked it out the park! Every single player put in a fantastic shift, and the teamwork from start to finish was brilliant.

We saw some great football, fantastic goals and some excellent team play. The girls worked for each other, supported each other and showed exactly what they’re capable of when they play together as a team. 💪🏻💙💛

It was a fantastic performance against a strong Milngavie side, and we couldn’t be more delighted with how the girls played today.

So proud of every single one of you! 👏🏻👏🏻

Player of the Match 🏆 A huge well done to Niamh who played a great game today and even scored a goal 👏

A really tough game for the girls today against a very physical Morton side. It was end-to-end stuff, with individual battles all over the park. ⚽️💪🏻

We created a few chances but didn’t quite make the most of them, while our defence did a fantastic job of keeping Morton to mostly long-range efforts.

Finally, in the second half, we deservedly took the lead. Unfortunately, after failing to clear our lines, we conceded an equaliser. But the girls kept pushing for that winner and continued to create chances.

Then, in the last minute, we were awarded a penalty. A huge pressure kick for Layla, but she kept her composure and slotted it home! ⚽️👏🏻

A fantastic game for the girls to be involved in. They had to work hard for everything today, and they got the reward their effort deserved. 💙💛

💙💛 U10 GIRLS — WHAT A DAY! 💛💙

A massive shout-out to our U10 girls after an absolutely fantastic day at the Kilwinning Rangers Festival! ⚽️👏

The girls were simply outstanding from start to finish. We came away winning every game bar one, and the performances throughout the day were brilliant. 🔥

But today wasn’t about individual players — it was about ONE TEAM. 💙

Every single girl played her part, from the goal scorers ⚽️, the wingers, midfielders, defenders and, of course, our goalkeeper 🧤. Every position was important and every player gave everything they had.

One of the things we really wanted from this tournament was to give all of our girls the opportunity to get out there, play football and enjoy themselves, and they absolutely did that! From our older girls to our younger ones, every single player stepped up and showed just how much they can do. 👏💙💛

They absolutely smashed it out the park today and gave us so much to be proud of.

We couldn’t be prouder of every single one of them. What a team! 💙💛⚽️

The girls had a bit of a slow start and, despite creating a few chances to take the lead, found themselves two goals behind.

But the girls showed great character and resilience, refusing to let their heads go. They dug deep and managed to pull one back before half-time. 👏🏻

After the break, they came out with a completely different energy. They found their rhythm, moved the ball brilliantly and really took control of the game. Some fantastic passing and movement led to some great goals, while the defence tightened up and worked hard to see the game through. ⚽️👏🏻

For the third week running, the referee’s Player of the Match award went to the same girl who had just picked up Trainer of the Week! 👏🏻👏🏻

So proud of the girls and the way they battled back, kept working for each other and finished the game so strongly.

A massive well done to our U8s who took part in their first ever tournament tonight over in Airdrie ! ⚽️👏

This was their first taste of tournament football as a team and they should all be so, so proud of themselves. They listened, worked together, battled for every ball and most importantly, had a brilliant time! 💪💙

Another fantastic performance from the girls last week. With injuries and players missing, some of the girls had to step into positions that weren’t their usual ones, but they all stepped up brilliantly and put the team first. 👏⚽️

A special mention to Sophie and Kristie, who were fantastic helping out in defence alongside Carly, and together they worked brilliantly to keep a clean sheet. 🧤💪

From midfield through to our forwards, the girls played some fantastic football, with great passing, creative play and some brilliant goals to reward all their hard work. 🔥⚽️

And what makes this even better is that it follows on perfectly from Emily being named Trainer of the Week last week.

Emily has been working really hard at training on her wing play and getting her crosses into the box, and on Sunday we saw that hard work come through in her performance. This is exactly what we love to see — putting the work in at training and then taking it onto the pitch on match day. 👏👏

Well done, Emily — thoroughly deserved! 🏆💙💛
