And with my season coming to an end there is a few thank yous that need to be said.🙏

Firstly George Hanks mate I don’t have the words to thank you for everything you have done for me, not only this season but for my whole journey from start to now! You kept me going, you pushed me and you made me achieve something I never thought I would and for that I’ll forever be grateful💙

Secondly my family you showed up for me when things was easy, when things was hard and you believed in me when I didn’t believe in myself, through all my head wobbles and mood swings you kept me going! I’m lucky to have each and every one of you!❤️

Last but not least to my friends and people I have met along the way, thank you for all the support, the words of encouragement, the motivation and the pushing I needed, you really was a massive part of my season and I’m so grateful to have you guys in my life💙

Wow what a way to end my season! The NBW Natural Bodybuilding Worldwide with some of the best athletes from all over the world, a very very well run show from Aj Morris and the UKDFBA

I couldn’t be happier with the package that we brought to end the season again George Hanks nailing the the game plan and me executing it, I’m extremely proud of myself and very overwhelmed with all the support

A full season recap will follow shortly along with some big thank yous but this show deserved its own post so here is some of the highlights!

I’ll finish this post with some thanks you from the support from this show, so thank you to everyone who came and also to those who couldn’t make it but supported me from home and watched the stream!

A big FBS - Nutrition order went in for this months restock none of the health supps was needed this month as I am stocked up for this month so it was an order of just getting some cream of rice and whey stocked up and some pre work out! One eye on the off season with this amount of stuff👀🎯

Strom cream of rice in raspberry ripple, white chocolate caramel, Swedish cinnamon bun, vanilla sugar cookie and buttered pancake flavours!

PER4M NUTRITION cream of rice in jammy biscuit flavour just because it taste so good and I been craving and a jammy dodger😂

PER4M NUTRITION whey in sweet and salty popcorn as this flavour is the coat for a ninja creami👀

WNBF UK NATURAL BODYBUILDING EVENTS recap

3rd show done and dusted and boy did we bring a package, this was my best look to date just super happy and super proud with the showing and majorly appreciative of the support that I have received! The day overall was just awesome it was a very very well run show and was made so easy for us to know what we were doing making the experience a whole lot better. It was nice to get moved around a bit more in this show and given more of a look in this is a credit to the work both me and George Hanks have done he’s nailed the peaks and Iv executed perfectly, the man’s work rate is second to none he’s an absolute machine!!

As each show has gone on Iv gained more confidence and had more and more fun and brought a better package everytime!

Now onto the final show of the season in 13 days at the NBW, time to end the season with a bang and go out on a high.

And that’s a wrap on show number 2 and we brought my best package to date, came up against a more competitive line up of 5 in this show but that’s what you want you want to put yourself up there against good competition it’s the best way to improve.

We didn’t place in the top 3 this time round but again I had so much fun up there and enjoyed every moment of it and we had improved from the UKDFBA and that’s what matters, we nailed the peak and we came in peeled that was the goal, now we move onto the WNBF this weekend.

But to summarise incredibly happy and proud of the package we brought and will continue to do my best keep improving and keep having fun and making everyone who supports me proud.
