Getting back on it π₯³
With Coronavirus on the loose, spreading and causing heavily contagious infections, I have decided to not run any trapeze classes until it is safe to. The virus is having a detrimental impact on the health and wellbeing of so many lives, and can even lead to death, therefore I am doing my part to minimise the spread.
With my trapeze being made of fabric, and with them having handles, potentially these could be a breeding ground for the virus - so I am therefore protecting people and the trapezes from contamination.
As soon the virus has passed, I cannot wait to get back to teaching trapeze body conditioning classes and spreading the love of fitness and vitality only!!!
Do stay fit and active through this pandemic though πππ
I highly encourage doing some daily exercise, getting fresh air, eating nutritious food, drinking plenty of water, keeping positive and doing whatever you can to help others in this time of crisis ππΌβ€οΈππΌ
