NOTICE: Gym will be closed this friday morning (8th) for a deep clean! Gym will be in use as normal before 9am and after 2pm.

My body was NOT responding well at this point in prep and we had decided to sit this particular show out as a result. However after a last minute impulse decision, I said 'f**k it let's do the show anyway'.

Considering the state of my physique one day prior, this peak was an absolute miricale.
