MM BAG BASS BOX® - A freestanding punch bag workout delivered in an exercise style that uses the beat and timing of the music. Set to high energy, uplifting sounds of urban and club music. The class uses a mix of boxing combinations and high intensity interval training exercises for an awesome, unparalleled workout!!!

GROOVE AEROBICS - Daniel Browne AKA “Mr Groove” is the Founder and director of Groove Aerobics.
