BBQ beef & paprika potatoes 🐮

Nutrition:

600 calories
55g protein
20g fat
49g carbs

Ingredients:

750g 5% beef mince
1kg white potatoes
Paprika
BBQ season pack
1 onion
2 peppers
80g light cheddar cheese

Cooking Instructions 👨‍🍳

1) chop your potatoes into cubes, season with olive oil, paprika, salt & pepper and put into the air fryer for 20-30 mins, shaking them every 5 mins or so ensuring they cook evenly.

2) chop your onion and peppers, throw them into a pan and begin to cook until the start to soften.

3) add your beef mince and seasoning pack of your choice and mix thoroughly until beef is completely cooked through.

4) once cooked through lower the heat and add the cheese, mix it together well so that the cheese melts through the sauce.

5) split up the potatoes and mixture evenly between 4 dishes and enjoy!
