We will be fully supporting this show on the 25th July. It’s Boxing, Kick Boxing and K1. Please let me know who is interested in competing ASAP please. We have a few competitions and fight nights coming up this year which we’ll be supporting in return for them supporting our own show at the end of the year.

Corey Hollingdale and Jonathan Opalczewski are fighting at the Mecca in Swindon on Jason O’Grady’s Saturday night show. (16th May)
You can get tickets on the door but it’ll be cash only.
Corey will be on at about 7pm.

I feel the need to give a massive shout out to the parents who dedicate and give up there time to bring there children training. Some of them train a few times a week and are totally as dedicated to their training as their parents are to bringing them. You don’t get as good training once a week as the ones that train a few times a week, fact. We have such an amazing group of young fighters coming through the ranks and I personally love to see them progress as far as some of them have.
It doesn’t go unnoticed trust me.
Squad trading Sunday for the dedicated children and adults is happening again on Sunday 10 till 12. I’ll see you there.

Please remember the gym is closed for all normal lessons this weekend, as we are in there all day today, and tomorrow with a full on black belt weekend. 👊🏻

All lessons are as normal this weekend except bank holiday Monday as always.
And don’t forget the squad training for all Kick Boxing competition competitors, brown and black belts from 12 till 2 tomorrow.

We have two Kick Boxing/Boxing fight nights to look forward to.
The first being in Swindon on May 16th and the second is in north wales on 6th June.
Ohh and a few Kick boxing competitions throughout the year. I’ll start taking all the details of anybody interested in competing, starting from tomorrow night at the gym. 👊🏻

I will be getting a list of Boxers for Jason O’grady’s show in Swindon on the 16th May throughout the week, so can anyone let me know who’s up for this asap please.

We are no longer going over to Abingdon for the sparring session on Wednesday, but Alec is bringing a couple over to us. So the Wednesday boxing session is on as normal. 👊🏻

Last Wednesday at the boxing session, somebody took a bag belonging to Corey Hollingdale, it had his phone and his boxing stuff in it. If you were there can you please check if you was the one who picked it up please. I’d hate to think we have a thief amongst us but I’m sure it was just a mistake.

The last session in the WKBA gym will be on Monday 22nd December. It’ll be the usual fun and games with lots of treats to be won in all 3 classes.
We will be closed over Christmas as we are doing a few repairs etc. plus we have all the new mats ready to go down.
The gym will re-open on Monday 5th January. I wish you all a very happy Christmas and a great NY. ❤️
