You already know this is about you no matter where you are right now. Keep working: sleepless nights, rough days, the kind of week where everything feels heavy and nothing feels like it's moving. Keep fu***ng working because here's the thing: most people won't say out loud. If no one's dying, if no one's losing a limb, it's not the end; it's just hard and hard is something we get through. Every single one of us has been there. Don't let anyone tell you different. The struggle isn't weakness; it's just part of it. You just need to get through it and you don't have to do it alone but battles aren't fought by one person; they never were so if you're in one of those weeks right now, DM me, you’re not alone.

Do you train fasted, or are you just sipping EAAs or god forbid BCAAs?
The session doesn’t start when you walk in and grab that first weight. How you fuel your body dictates everything.
So here’s how we’re fuelling our workouts right now.
Before I even grab a weight, ABE pre workout is in. Clean energy, no crash, no jitters. Just locked in and ready to work.
Mid session the Carb X cyclic dextrin goes in. This is the one most people skip and it’s the one that changes everything. Fast digesting carbs that keep you fuelled through the back half of a session. That’s where most people fall off. Fuel your muscles, fuel your performance, you will get results.
Then the second the session is done, Per4m whey goes in alongside a fast carb source. Coco Pops if you’re asking. Recovery starts the moment you finish, not an hour later when you finally get home.
All of it available at Elite Supps. Code TVM10 gets you 10% off.

Some transformations go far beyond the physical. Gareth came to me in an off-season state, coming back from a relapse with an addiction, rebuilding everything: the structure, the discipline, the version of himself that he thought he'd worked years to become. The goal wasn't just to get back in shape. It was to step up from classic to open-class bodybuilding: a bigger stage, a harder standard, and a more complete, dense, thick package.
We built the off-season around that mission.
- Weekly check-ins
- Nutrition calibrated around recovery
- Training designed to add size where the open judging criteria demands it
The photos speak for themselves but here's what the photos don't tell you: this isn't just a good off-season. This is a man who rebuilt his identity whilst rebuilding his physique and coming back from the darkest place he'd been in a long time. He genuinely refused to stay there. Gareth, I couldn't be more proud of you and mate, we're not even close to done either.

Visuals from post back today sitting at 209.8lbs. Body is NOT playing ball at all with this diet phase. Food almost as low is it gets back end of preps, cardio in higher than most preps, and the only time I drop weight is after a high day.
But this was a fantastic session with , very much needed. Looking forward to the next one.

11 years.
I started in a small gym in Cirencester with one client. Since then I’ve worked with the young, the old, the disabled and the abled. I’ve watched people transform their bodies, their confidence, and their lives from a few feet away.
But it’s the friendships that got me.
Fraser started as a client. Online first, then face to face. Now he’s one of my closest friends. I see him weekly. We speak almost daily. That didn’t come from a programme. It came from the trust that builds when someone lets you into their journey properly.
There are others like him. And that’s the part of this that’s hard to put into words.
Today is the last day I’ll take new applications for face to face PT.
My current clients keep their spots. Nothing changes for them. But after today I won’t be opening face to face again.
The reason is simple. Online coaching gives me something face to face never could. The ability to work with serious men across the UK, the States, Australia, everywhere. The scope to build something that lasts. The focus to do it properly.
I’m emotional about it. Eleven years is not nothing. But I know it’s the right move for me and for Team Viking Muscle.
If you’ve been thinking about face to face, today is the last day. DM me.
And if you’re not local but you’re ready to work, tomorrow something new drops.
Watch this space.

Mokdeep didn’t just lose 35kg. He lost the medication that came with it.
135kg to 100kg. Over a year of real work. Real food. Real consistency.
But here’s what the photo doesn’t show you.
Thyroid medication. Gone.
Medical AI. Gone.
TRT reduced… because his body started doing more of the job itself.
That’s what happens when you attack the root. Not the symptoms. The fat was the problem. We fixed the fat.
3 to 4 sessions a week. A macro setup built around his life and his work. No crash diet. No misery. Just a structure he could actually live inside.
And his confidence…
Look at him.
This is what we’re actually doing here. This isn’t about a number on a scale. It’s about getting a man his life back. His health back. His body back.
Mokdeep mate. Genuinely proud of you. We’re not done either.
If you’re reading this and something in you recognises that feeling… the one where you’ve accepted a version of yourself you were never supposed to be… drop me a message. Let’s talk.
There’s very little I can teach you that you can’t find online through ai or YouTube. But those resources will never be able to give you the tools to build your confidence, they won’t be able to keep you accountable to your self and to the program. They won’t be able to give human interaction that you need when problems arise. That’s what I as a coach can give you. That’s where the value of a coach really comes in.
If you’re ready for coaching send me a message saying “rebuild” now.

I have felt the identity gap personally.
The version of me on the left took years to build. Then life came for me hard. I lost 30lbs. Not through training. Not through choice.
I felt like a shade of myself. I knew I could be better, should be better. And I felt shame in letting it happen.
I am a coach. This is supposed to be what I do.
But that is exactly why I understand the men I work with better than most coaches ever will.
Because I have been there. In the gap. Looking at who I was and not recognising the man in the mirror.
Swipe through. This one is personal.
