A mega scaley one for passion_for_dangling_parsons from his trip to Parco Del Brenta. Our bag mix and BPS wafters doing the damage!

In Jake’s words : I fished linear fisheries on b2 for a social with submerge clothing I didn’t do to bad getting a peg situated close to the shallows and with the weather being hot I knew there was a good chance of a fish or two. I had to work hard for a bite, whilst spodding dog biscuits more fish started taking and I opted for a bps pop up trimmed down to match the dog biscuits. It didn’t take long for this 26.6 common to grace the net.
Coming into the evening the fish seemed to move on with a few subtle shows. I tied up a solid bag with bps boilie crumb, a hard ho**er and piece of fake corn casted to the few shows I had seen, the bobbin pulled up tight just into darkness which resulted in a 31lb mirror. A new one for myself the trident leads 4oz bolt pear doing the business as usual alongside the trusty BPS.

Team member joins the 40’s Club! In doing so he had an amazing result landing the big mirror on a lake he has been fishing, he sent in this report along with it:

“After looking for a while and the seeing a fish show in a likely looking area, I knew it would be something to go on so I set about getting a couple of rigs out with as quietly as possible and putting out a spread of the trusty NSC I sat back hopeful that today might be my day. With a few liners here and there they were still in the area and a few hours later the rod rattled off and the NSC wafter had done the trick! It was big relief to see the big mirror make it over the net cord after seeing it surface around 20 yards out. Absolute result and safe to say I couldn’t believe it when the needle spun round to 43lb 10oz!!”

Absolute Result!

had a week to remember in France recently landing 8 fish including the biggest fish in the lake at whopping 64lb 6oz.

Tris utilised a host of the BPS 🦑🔥 range and used the barrel wafters hookbaits to tempt all of his fish!

with a lovely 24lb common from a recent overnighter - Just a few handfuls of chopped and whole BPS 🦑🌶️ and a BPS snowman hookbait was enough to trip this one up after the rod being in position for only half an hour!
