Currently I train groups of up to 8 people, I like to keep classes, small and intimate and very friendly and supportive. Classes are slightly later in the evening, purely as I am a mum and I need to do the parent swap before I can escape the house. If you think you would like to come along and you're not sure it's for you, then please message me about a free taster session. Due to class numbers it is important that you pre-book classes/blocks.
