We’re excited to announce that waldemar will now be taking our Friday 7:00pm class 🙌

With years of experience on the mats, a wealth of knowledge, and a black belt level of expertise, waldemar brings an incredible mix of technical skill, passion, and energy to every session. His attention to detail, coaching style, and experience make every class both challenging and rewarding — whether you’re just starting out or have been training for years.

This is a great opportunity to learn from someone who is not only highly experienced, but genuinely passionate about helping others improve and grow 💪

The level of detail, technique, and understanding he brought to both the K1 and Muay Thai sessions was incredible. From the fundamentals to the finer details, every single person in the room took something valuable away from the class. Sessions like these are what help push us all forward, not only as fighters and athletes, but as a team.

You can tell when someone truly lives and breathes the sport, and Igor’s experience, professionalism, and approach to coaching really showed throughout the session. The energy in the room was amazing from start to finish, and everyone gave 100%.
