A recently completed extension and remodelling of a family home to create more useable space.
The ground floor works consisted of a garage conversion to create a kitchen diner and the removal of the old kitchen to become an office and utility / shower room.
Upstairs an old balcony area was removed and extended over and the existing bedroom space altered to form the master bedroom with walk in wardrobe and en-suite and also an additional bedroom & ensuite!
A huge improvement!
Pictures show before work began, during and after….

This is the third part of a large project for a returning client.
Phase 1 was the complete refurbishment and remodelling of the existing property and large rear extension.
Phase 2; Front extension to form garage and en-suite bathroom above.
This was phase 3.
A small extension to the kitchen diner, and then the installation of the swim spa with composite decking and paving to the terrace and pagoda areas. Also brick paving to the driveway to provide an additional parking area.
The property has been completely transformed and both ourselves and the owners are delighted with the results.

A proud moment for J A Shirley Building Services Ltd as we watched this fantastic group of girls lift the trophy for the Oxfordshire Girls Football League U12’s!
We have had the privilege of supporting this wonderful team - Tower Hill U12’s Vixens, (and equally wonderful coaches and parents) by sponsoring their away shirts this season.
And they got to wear them in the Final! 🩷🤩🩷

A project we completed a few years ago, but only just found a few of the photos. The project was to convert the existing barn and add a modern stylish extension to become a holiday let / guest living space.
We particularly like the polished concrete platform for the wood burner, the bespoke steel and oak staircase and the spectacular glazing. The property also benefitted from an air source heat pump and underfloor heating to make it as efficient as possible.
