The paint has dried and I'm now taking bookings for the studio space from the 25th of July. Be quick! Its cheap and the space is being booked up.

Painting a floor is probably a easy task, by putting myself in the mix I'll be glad not to paint myself in the unit for the next four to six hours.

The first coat of paint has gone on the walls. There are now bookings going on so come down and have a look. If you are a photographer it will be perfect as the walls are white. If you are in a band or a musician who wants to practice without being told to stop at certain times this is the perfect space for you.

The cleaning is done. Time for a fresh lick of paint!
