ONE YEAR LATER

A year ago I took a leap and started teaching Yoga (thank you Nourish Yoga Training Yogalina Witney Studios). Since my very first (baking hot) cover classes for the lovely Maria - midwife/yogi and Pregnancy & Postnatal Yoga | Infant Feeding Support | Massage I’ve fallen in love with teaching and watching my students grow. Literally! 🤰🏼

From teaching my mum-tribe in their gardens, paddle board yoga to develop my craft and running mini retreats to spoil mothers and incredible women, I’ve met a plethora of amazing souls over the last year and have learned so much.

THANK YOU for showing up at my classes; even when you’re up against it in pregnancy, or fully in the trenches of motherhood. I’ll always hold space for you. I’ve truly loved this whole year and there’s so much more to come 🫶🏻🩷💙🤍
