- Any sports clothes that you don't mind getting muddy!
- Rugby/football boots (message us if you need to borrow some)
- Gum shield (available to buy at the club)
- To be 18 or over
- To be up for a laugh! What don't I need?
- Any previous rugby experience!
- To be fit (you WILL get fitter!)
- To be a certain shape or size! Should I give Rugby a try? YES!

We had the pleasure of welcoming Le Plaisir Du Mouvement Rugby UK to Witney last night.
They ran a fabulous session working of go forward ball and support, the perfect start to our preseason.
Both the girls and coaches alike learnt lots to carry forward into the coming season 💪

🚨Training updates🚨
Tonight we are lucky to welcome an incredible group of guest coaches to Witney Rugby Club who will be running training sessions for both our Senior Men’s and Senior Women’s teams🤩
This includes coaches from South Africa, The Netherlands, Stade Rochelais, Brest and Toulouse🌎
4th August there will be ❌NO training❌ to allow our coaching team a well deserved holiday after all their hard work running summer fitness sessions!

Great to see some of our Angels and coaches down at touch rugby last night. We are so lucky to have this run all throughout the year - even over Christmas for those dedicated enough!
Always a fun opportunity to play with people of varying ages and abilities from across the club and enjoy well deserved supper club afterwards🍴

Due to the cancellation during the heatwave we’ve extended our summer fitness session with the final on now on 21st July!
