Not only that he's managed to shave 3inches of his waist, 2.5 inches off his chest area, yet gained an inch on his biceps..some would so that's almost impossible.

That's right. I am back and opening up 5 ultra rare ultra exclusive personal Training/coaching slots.

For those of you that don't know me I have next to zero spaces become available each year. The main reason for that is I simply don't have the time to take on more clients.

Both of my children are now at school full time, this means I have extra hours during the week to engage with and open up the opportunity of my Guaranteed results personal training and coaching services to 5 more individuals.

Then there is the fact I don't advertise for new clients.

The first reason for this is the same reason you never see an advert for a Rolls Royce. they are the best, they don't need to.

The second reason for this is that the results I get for my clients are that dramatic and that astonishing that they do all of my advertising for me.

The third and final reason I don't advertise is that I instead concentrate on client retention and ensuring the perfect level of service to my current client base. I don't spend time on marketing and or trying to close new business. I wrap my arms around the clients I have and ensure their success.
