What a truly special weekend it was. From the tiniest dancers taking to the stage with confidence and smiles, to our senior performers showcasing their talent and hard work, every single moment made us so proud.

Months of rehearsals, dedication, determination and teamwork all came together to create something magical. Watching our dancers shine under the stage lights and seeing the joy on their faces is exactly why we do what we do.

A huge thank you to our amazing students, teachers, volunteers, backstage helpers and supportive dance families. We couldn't do it without you 💐

As we look back through the photos and videos, we're feeling incredibly grateful for the memories we've made together and already looking forward to the next adventure.

This weekend we celebrate 12 incredible years of Ruth Nuttall School of Dance.

I am so proud of the school and community we have built together. Talented dancers, supportive families, dedicated teachers - past and present, have all been part of our journey, creating friendships and memories to last a lifetime! 💖

Thank you for being part of our story and helping us create a place where dancers can truly Dance, Excel, Shine. ✨🩰

As we reflect on our latest show, we're reminded that what happens on stage is only part of the story.

Over the past few months, our dancers have challenged themselves, overcome nerves, learnt new skills, built friendships and created memories that will last long after the final curtain call. They have worked with dedication and commitment, trusted the process, supported one another and delivered performances they can be truly proud of.

Behind the scenes, new friendships were formed too. Our incredible team of volunteers and backstage helpers brought such warmth, enthusiasm and support, creating a real sense of community throughout the production.

The applause at the end of each performance was magical, but seeing the pride on our dancers' faces was even more special 🤩

This project was about so much more than a show. It was about growth, courage, teamwork, achievement and belonging.

Miss Amy’s Final Show 🌟

Last weekend marked Miss Amy’s last show with us before she begins an exciting new chapter away from the area.

For the past 9 years, Amy has been the heart of our backstage team, working tirelessly behind the scenes at shows, exams, events, and performances. Her organisation, dedication, calmness under pressure, and unwavering support have been invaluable to both our staff and students.

While audiences may not always see the magic happening backstage, so much of what makes our events run smoothly has been thanks to Amy’s hard work and commitment.

We are incredibly grateful for everything she has done for the Ruth Nuttall School of Dance family over the years. She will be greatly missed, but we wish her all the happiness and success in her new adventure.

Most importantly, thank you to our wonderful dancers. Your smiles, determination, courage and love for dance lit up the stage from beginning to end.

Everyday my job as a teacher is wonderful and rewarding, but some day are just MAGICAL ✨

Our children and adult performers took to the stage today for 2 incredible performances and I am bursting with pride for each and every one of them.

From show debuts to old hands, the atmosphere was electric, the excitement was tangible and the joy - so much joy! ❤️

The children had fun, our wonderful team of teachers and helpers had fun and we hope you did too.
