Woburn Sands Tennis Club A warm and friendly, two court family tennis club in the centre of Woburn Sands The club is located in the Bedfordshire village of Woburn Sands.

We have two hard courts that are both floodlit. We also have a fantastic clubhouse where our members can relax and enjoy a social coffee while watching the action on the courts. We have regular club sessions on Sundays from 10.30 to 12.30 and Wednesday evenings from 18.00 until 20.00, which all full members are welcome to join. Year round coaching is provided by our resident tennis coach James Godber and Tenniskool. As well as 1-1 lessons, we provide adult group coaching, high intensity drill sessions and junior group coaching for all ages and abilities including parent and toddler classes.

We are having a bluebell walk in our local woods this Saturday 2nd May 2026 leaving the club room at 9:30am.

The walk will take about 2 hours, returning to the club room for coffee and cake afterwards.

All members and their partners/friends are welcome as well as well behaved dogs on leads, walking boots are recommended.

Bluebells are looking beautiful this year and the forecast looks good, we hope to see you there!

A huge thank you to all of our members and their families who joined us last night, at the annual quiz and chips night. It wasn’t without its drama, my arm is still aching from the music round!!

Congratulations to our winning team, there was a few points between the top 5, it was so close.

We go again next year bigger and better. Pressure is on to find a more popular bonus round, or shall we fly those paper airplanes again?

Good morning all

Just a reminder that the WSTC club championships will be held at the club on Saturday 28th September 💪.

There will be all the singles, doubles and mixed doubles finals being played that day, so please pop along to cheer your fellow members on. There will be some great tennis being played 🎾

Food and drinks will also be available 😎

It will be from 10am 💪💪💪 and will aim to finish all matches by 3pm.
