A fun timelapse from my first ever workshop a couple of weeks ago!
We honestly had so much fun and the wonderful group picked up the routine super quick - I’m so proud of them.
My next workshop is going to be on the 4th of October, it’ll be an outside class and limited to just 6 people so I will list some tickets and an event soon!

Happy !!!
This week has been FULL on with lots of trips to London supporting with the gang!
It’s so sick to connect with so many other passionate humans, as we try and help the world with our hooping!
(and also so cool to see professional photos of us in action that have ended up all over the place in the UK woohoo!)

A lil peak at my first ever class I taught to a small groups of friends a couple of weeks ago (apologises for the awful video quality haha) - we started with 5 and ended with 3 but it was so much fun! (the gals smashed the routine we learnt and as always were my biggest hype women!)
We’ll be learning a routine like this in the workshop as well as lots of other fun things!
