A bit of navigating overgrown paths and long slow hills , but great to be out with such lovely people.

Hi all summer holidays are over and we are back on the trails!.
We are bringing the pace right down and taking plenty of breaks to take photos and enjoy the countryside.

My apologies for not being very active on here recently… between marathon training and my daughter’s competitions I haven’t had a free weekend.

This awesome bunch of runners completed my 20 mile marathon route last weekend !… I tailed off for a shorter route … got lost and completed over 17 miles x
Well done runners … now tapering for Toby who is running the Brighton trail marathon.
