As my love for Yoga grew and I realised the many physical and mental benefits, it inspired me to take my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training Affiliated to the Yoga Alliance UK with Christine Felix Yoga & Akram Yoga. The stigma seems to disappear when we start talking about it!
Yoga deserves its own day for SO many reasons but my absolute favourites are
1. Because it makes my MIND, BODY & SOUL feel great
2. It really is for EVERYONE
