LA fitness Woking is a bright, airy and open plan gym with friendly helpful staff ready to help you on your way to reaching your fitness goals.

We have a well equipped gym with user friendly technogym equipment. Our studio has over 60 classes running per week so we are sure there is something to suit all tastes. If you would prefer something different why not have a swim in our pool and a relaxing sauna and steam afterwards? We look forward to seeing you soon.
