It’s been a while since a random heart has appeared for me. Love this 💚 shaped spinach leaf that landed in my salad this evening 🥬

Reconnecting with creativity & nature. This afternoon I enjoyed being in the moment; I chose these trailing plants for their pretty colours - coral & violet & varied greens. Then I had fun getting my hands (& nails!) dirty as I planted them in their basket. I was truly immersed in the experience, unaware of time, enjoying myself & proud of my creation.🪸🪻🌿

Today I feel grateful for colour. Glorious colours in nature; just outside my back door, or through the window. 🩷 🌸

Preloved furniture & door frame all painted in Frenchic ‘Eye Candy’.
Electrician booked in a couple of weeks time, light fittings chosen. Bookcase, books & files moved down to the cabin from the office. Happy Heart Habits group coaching course taking shape too. Message me if you’d like to have a conversation about joining the pilot in October.
