☀️What a beautiful afternoon of our Blue Moon Reset workshop - Breathwork, Yin Yoga & Yoga Nidra in the garden🌤️

With blue skies, warm sunshine, a few drifting clouds, and the sounds of nature all around us, it was the perfect setting to pause, reset, and reconnect with ourselves.

Practising outdoors brought something extra special to the experience. Being surrounded by nature helped us feel more grounded, present, and connected, allowing us to slow down, take a breath, and simply be. 🍃☀️

Together, we channelled the energy of the Blue Moon to reflect, release what is no longer serving us, and set intentions for the months ahead. Through breathwork, gentle Yin Yoga, and the deep rest of Yoga Nidra, we created space for clarity, renewal, and inner calm 😌

As the afternoon gently came to a close, we shared homemade cake, delicious nibbles, and warming Indian chai — a lovely way to connect and savour the moment together 🍰🫖💛

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined and made it such a special gathering. It was a joy to share this time with you all 🙏🏼

Our Breathwork, Yin and Yoga Nidra workshop this time around was held out in the garden, in the cradling warmth of glorious sunshine, instead of the studio — a small shift that made a big difference.
Practising outdoors brought a real sense of grounding, connection and calm. We were surrounded by birds singing, a gentle breeze, blue skies above with few soft white clouds slowly drifting by, and the sound of leaves rustling in the wind. Lying on the earth felt deeply comforting, connecting and relaxing. It was so natural that we didn’t even need music-nature held the space for us😌
Being connected to the earth in that way allowed the body to settle more easily, the mind to quieten, and the whole experience to feel simple and steady.
We shared fresh, homemade Indian snacks, hot Chai, took our time, and kept the space relaxed and unhurried- just good energy, rest, and connection.
If you’re feeling the need to slow down and reset, I’ll be hosting more of these sessions soon.
