Tues eves 'Yoga for All', 7-8pm. A great way to start the week; whole body vinyasa yoga flex & strengtheners 💪posture& alignment technique & chill out with wonderful de-stressing meditations for an awesome nights sleep 🛌. £66 x 6 classes Starts 17th Sept.

Weds Morn 'Yin Yoga' Zoom class 9.30-10.30am.
This is a wonderfully slow & deep tissue muscle and joint workout class to alleviate aches and pains. 🙂 Leaves you feeling blissfully calm all day.✌🧘‍♂️🧘‍♀️🕉 £60 x 6 classes.

Thurs Morn 9.30-10.30am 'Rise and Shine' Outside Yoga begins NEXT WEEK. This is all about getting outside while we can and enjoying yoga outside in the elements🌞 🍃and nature 🌳 Meet behind the duck pond 🦆🦢in Woking park again for lots of good vibes yoga for your whole body & mind ongoing health and wellness. 🥳🧘🧘🏽‍♂️ £77 x 7 classes. Starts 5th Sept.

So this happened last week. A wonderful week of dance, inclusion, silks and making new memories! I am forever grateful to Emma Brewer and all those at First Dance Studos, and Corina Meyer for all the hard work, artistry and thought that went into creating and making this all happen. I'm so proud of myself for stepping out of my comfort zone and "taking the lead" in my life again. A thousand thank yous x

Our beautiful yoga relaxation retreat day!- thank you all who came. It's been a long time in the making and I couldnt have asked for a better group of women to join me. Thank you so much! We had a wonderful day reconnecting, re- energizing and most of all renewing energies. Thank you so much Jo and Meredith Braithwaite for the delicious lunch too.
