Olympic Weightlifting club based in Woking We meet three times a week: Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 6-8pm.
Woking Weightlifting is a competitive Olympic Weightlifting Club open to all levels of ability established in 1976, that operates out of Woking Leisure Centre. We have members from the ages of 13 to 70+, so everyone is welcome. All levels are welcome including complete beginners! We provide coaching and training programs for all our members. Not a bad Championships for ! 2 Senior lifters and 2 Masters lifters will some all around great performances. An unfortunate bomb out on Clean and Jerk by , but sn**ched extremely well, narrowly missing 117kg. Our masters lifters went well with Jamie Clean & Jerking and totalling new pbs. The highlight must be who went 5/6, 2pbs and became the New England Senior W76kg Champion! Well done team! Bring on the Youth Championships in Feb! **ch
