What a treat!

I won more than a Gold Medal 🏅 in Laval

- for the avoidance of doubt, I was miles away from the finals. At one point, I was at ranked bottom of my competitors.

I'm just expressing that I had a wicked time with some wicked people, and they broke my reserve and overrode my caution. If i melted them down cashforgold wouldn't be interested remotely, so both priceless and of no monetary value.

I shed any embarrassment in their company, even placing 25th on the back of poor climbing.

Yeah, I'm still looking towards Korea and Japan

I'm aiming to get to the gym this evening for erm... 1815. A quick Low Row session up to 105 kg, then pool - via sauna!!

4k in pool my aim.
Laval is in under two weeks away. I'm locked in but have rately been able to get out of overdraft since Sittand Dutch Nationals in Feb.

I'm a sweaty mess. I've been working on endurance with three back to back ascents in Southampton 's 33° heat.

My ice-cold, at the start of the day, three litres in the car will be tepid.
