The Dance Zone Dance School Offering Freestyle, Street, Line Dance, Ballroom & Latin Classes for Adults and Children It can bolster self-esteem.

Dancing is a fun activity that exercises both the body and mind. In addition to increasing fitness levels it also helps with posture, balance and flexibility. Studies have found that dancing can reduce stress, depression, and anxiety. We offer dance classes for Children and Adults in and around the Wokingham area. Street, Ballroom, Latin American and Freestyle.
