We're partnering with Sport England, for the fourth year running, to better understand how people use our leisure centres and how we can continue to improve the experience for everyone who visits.

The feedback we receive really does make a difference. Last year, nearly 3,000 thrive customers took part in the survey, providing invaluable insight into what's working well and where we can improve. Their feedback showed that:
✅ 83% of customers were satisfied with their overall experience, higher than the national average
✅ 93% said they feel safe when visiting our centres
✅ 87% agreed our centres are welcoming and inclusive
✅ Customers praised the friendliness, helpfulness and expertise of our staff
✅ Satisfaction with the value for money offered by our memberships and activities continues to improve
This year, we'd love to hear from even more customers so we can continue improving services across our 14 thrive leisure centres.
