With all of the restrictions lifted, I'm sure you'll be organising more social gatherings with friends and family๐

Yes you can still reach your goal and still enjoy yourself, but you just need to make smarter choices. Most restaurants now have their menus online, so you can always decide what you're having ahead of time without feeling anxious when you're there ๐คฏ

Everyone is different; some people will enjoy the occasion, eat what they want, and move on, while others will be more self-conscious about what they eat ๐
โข
Try reducing your calorie intake from Monday-Friday to allow more food and drink over the weekend ๐
โข
It is not always about losing weight; for example, someone else's goal may be to enjoy a burger/drink without feeling guilty. For some people, this can be a huge psychological accomplishment, just be kind to peoples reasoning and choices ๐ซ

Fixing your issues and misconceptions

Sleep supplements: try going to bed earlier. No wonder youโre tired when you go to bed around 2am. Adults need 7-9hrs of sleep ๐ค

Apple cider vinegar does not detoxify the liver; The liver does an excellent job on its own. Save your money if you donโt want to drink piss๐คฎ

Knee pain when you squat: Stop squatting, address muscular imbalances, include mobility sessions if you have knee pain when you squat. Your body is trying to let you know that something is wrong. Resistance training is not a sprint; you are in it for the long haul ๐ค

Relying on fat burning tablets while still eating like a horse. Sort out your diet first ๐ท

Digestive tablets: stop inhaling your food and eat slower, the more you chew, the more enzymes in stomach are released ๐๐ผ

Training while hungover is probably the worst thing you can do. Alcohol dehydrates you; exercise dehydrates you even more. Consider it a day of rest. Rest and hydrate๐ฆ

I couldn't be happier with the results so far. Becky has been doing online PT with me for the last two and a half months, and we are currently training three times per week for 30 minutes.

Training has been a lot of fun, but that's the easy part; nutrition was always a challenge when we first started. That's the beauty of coaching: you always discuss and review until you find a solution that works for the client.

As a result, she has lost 10 pounds, but notice the difference. The waist has tightened, the stomach has shrunk, and the back has firmed up.

This is just the start, Iโm pretty excited to keep pushing โบ๏ธ๐ช๐ป

Amazing changes for this little superstar. Megan is only 19 and sheโs learnt a lot about her self

Kept the plan as simple as possible without confusing her. Set her a calorie target for her to eat every day and the weight came of each week. Most importantly she has a much healthier relationship with food, which Iโm really happy about.

Strength and fitness levels improved each week and I made sure the sessions were challenging.

I canโt stress enough, if you really want to change, you need to be invested in both training and nutrition. Thereโs nothing better than working on yourself and seeing the results youโve worked hard for ๐ช๐ผ

Not the greatest of news that we are heading into another lockdown, but itโs out of our control, all we can do is stay positive.

I canโt be arsed for negative energy, I want to set an example to my clients that goals can still be reached at home. Your mindset is important, keep that fire lit and you will come out of lockdown in a better position ๐๐ผ

I will be available for 1-2-1 sessions outdoors if you fancy one of sessions. Iโll do my best to help all clients reach their targets๐ช๐ผ

On a side note, if anyone is struggling during lockdown, I am always free to talk. Iโve already spoke with .fast.fitness and brought meals from which have been donated to families. We are all in this together.
