Let’s talk about glute step-ups💁🏻‍♀️

Glute step-ups are a great way to build strength and improve balance in the glutes and legs👌🏻

They ate a great way to work your muscles while minimising stress on the knees and lower back👍🏻

Step-ups also engage the core and improve coordination🧠

Add some weights and you’ve got yourself a great lower body exercise☺️

The benefit of lifting weights is endless💁🏻‍♀️

A few of these are⬇️

-Increased strength and muscle mass

-Improved metabolism

-Increased bone density

-Better balance and posture

-Enhanced mental wellbeing

Our groups are an option that some clients opt for alongside training with us on a 1:1 basis. Where’s some will only attend group sessions💁🏻‍♀️

Groups consist of 4-8 people of similar goals👌🏻

We keep number small so that everyone gets great attention from our coaches😉

Giving you highly personalised sessions while also being in a group setting💪🏻

Let’s talk about the Ab roller🙋🏻‍♀️

The Ab roller is a great workout for your (you guessed it) abdominal muscles👌🏻

However it also activates the muscles in your upper back and shoulders, making it a great full-body workout💪🏻

Great for core strength, posture, balance and stability😉

With winter at an end and summer growing closer it’s important to refocus our minds👌🏻

The warmer months are a great time to get that new lease of life in our workouts. With a less need to wear layers we can put our hard work on show as well as focus on any areas we may be uncomfortable with🫡

In addition, the longer days allow us to be outdoors more and add more variety to our sessions😉

While always keeping a balanced understanding of ourselves and our goals💪🏻

Let’s talk about the hip thruster bench💁🏻‍♀️

The hip thruster bench is one of our favourite tools for building the 🍑

Hip thrusts are one of the best compound exercises for developing your posterior chain so it is also great for hamstring development👌🏻

Don’t be confused though as these muscles have grown increasingly popular to develop over the past few years the benefits are not just aesthetic😉

They have a key role in balance, stability and athletic performance💪🏻

This is Tom🙋🏻‍♀️

After playing Rugby as a child but now having a long period without training due to the time constraints of running a successful start up business (Seats in Tettenhall) Tom came to us wanting to get moving again🏃🏼

Originally opting to start with conditioning sessions at our boxing studio🥊 Tom quickly got back into his groove💪🏻

Feeling ready he then added some strength training to his programme with us at 🏋🏼

Smashing through high intensity full body sessions and constantly making gains in strength and fitness Tom is improving week by week and has formed new healthy habits along the way🙂

We thank Tom for choosing us to be a part of his journey and look forward to what the future has in store for us😉
