Just to confirm that the sports centre is closed this weekend for Easter, but we're back next Friday 10th April.

Weather update - the school will be remaining closed over the weekend so we'll be back on Friday 16th.

From everyone at Wolf Archers have a good Christmas and New Year and we'll be back 9th January.

For tomorrows shoot we have been asked if we can use the fire escape for the equipment and general access so they can use the corridors for the dancing.

This does mean that if you arrive after shooting has started you will have to wait until we're collecting arrows to gain access (bang the door or call Mark).

IMPORTANT MESSAGE. We had expected to be back as usual this weekend however following an email from the school it has been decided to cancel Sunday's (23rd November) shoot. Although access to the school is possible through the pedestrian gate, the road at the top of the drive is being dug up to facilitate work on the new gateway. We have been advised to park on the estate roads around the school. There are several other large groups who use the facilities at Colton Hills, parking is going to be very difficult and as most of us have a fair bit of kit to haul, we thought it prudent to call off Sunday's meet and hopefully resume as normal next week. The school has apologised for any inconvenience. The good news is that we have replaced the white centres of the bosses. Hope to see you all next week

Unless the weather forecast drastically improves I think we'll be cancelling tomorrow's session - if you're on the beginners course we'll be adding an extra session to the end.

We're doing start archery again this year so if you or anyone you know would like to give archery a go without committing to a full session/course, pop along (for free!) for either of these two sessions:
- Sunday 5th May (10:15-11:45) or
- Friday 10th May (19:15 -20:30) The Friday session is outside only so dependant on the weather and light levels.

Our qualified coaches will keep everyone safe and teach you to shoot a bow without a sight (known as barebow) - please expect 15-20 minutes of shooting depending on turnout.
the minimum age is 8 for using a real bow, or we will have soft archery for younger children (around 6+).
