🩷 This cake

✨ Happy 30th Maeve ✨

Cowgirl themed 6inch drip cake. I do still love a drip cake with hats, boots & Disco ball decorations.
Loves making this one.

🤩 The ruffle process 🤩
This took me just under 5 hours to complete a 12inch fondant covered cake then to ruffle it.
Each ruffle is done individually, from cutting a circle to scrunching and sticking it onto the cake.

So time consuming but so so worth it ❤️

So yesterdays wedding cake 😍😍😍

🥂 Congratulations Hayley & Luke 🥂

My school friend got married and when she messaged to make her cake it was an honour.
And what a cake it was. 🤩

4 tiers which I don’t normally do because the nerves of such a big cake 😬 but look at this. To say I was proud of it is an understatement. ❤️

12inch bottom biscoff tier covered in fondant ruffles
10inch Vanilla sponge with jam and buttercream
8inch Chocolate sponge with buttercream
6inch lemon with curd and buttercream.

Covered in fondant and little handmade sugar flowers.
