4 Years Ago vs Now 🤩
Fitness isn’t just about the physical changes to your body but the mental changes.
I started my fitness journey, not only to lose weight but to gain confidence in myself and love my body. 4 years later and I’m obsessed with fitness, learning new things about my body and importantly being proud of how far I’ve come.
I’ve set myself new challenges and I’m excited to see how my body reacts.

Rest and Recovery 🧖🏻♀️
After training 5/6 times a week every week, my body appreciated the rest at the spa! 😍
Always remember to listen to your body and take a rest when you need one.
Then when you return to your workout, smash it 💪🏻

✨Pole Fitness ✨
A few pictures of my progress at pole. I’m getting stronger each week, getting into positions I never thought was possible 😅. I couldn’t achieve this without a good gym routine and good food to fuel my body. Let’s see what the future of pole brings 👀🤸🏻♀️
