Hands up if you’ve heard the term “macros” but don’t really know what they are!? 🙋🏼♀️
Here’s a little break down for you which will hopefully explain and give you a better understanding of how our bodies use what we put in to them!

FIT in FIVE is a 5 week programme designed to kick start your fitness journey.
The programme will include:
- Individual calories and macros
- A nutrition guide
- Weekly training programmes
- Weekly progress check ins
- Support group
I have a limited number of spaces available on this programme and will be taking signs ups to begin in January as of this week.

Let’s get a round of applause for Hayley 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Her progress is incredible!
Hayley has one session a week with me but uses that time to work hard, listen and learn which she can then put to good use in the workouts she does independently!
Your PT session really is just the tip of the iceberg, if you want results you need to be willing to put in the hard work and here is proof it pays off!

Let’s talk fat loss…
It’s so easy to get lost in everything you read, hear and see surrounding the quickest way to lose fat and the latest fad diets that are forever making us miserable!
I hate to be the bearer of bad news here but THERE IS NO QUICK FIX❗️
So let me break it down into the basics…
✔️Eat in a calorie deficit
✔️Eat more protein
✔️Eat more fruit and veg
✔️Lift weights 3-5 times a week
✔️Increase activity in day to day life
✔️BE CONSISTENT
So these principles are very simple - but that does NOT mean it’s easy! 💪🏼
(And notice I say fat loss rather than weight loss as I actually weigh the same in both of these pictures! Ditch those scales kids!)
