Namaste! I’m Kajal, a dedicated and experienced holistic Hatha Yoga Specialist with over a decade of guiding students in studios, gyms, online, and through personalised private sessions. 

As a 500-hour RYT qualified teacher in both Multi-Style and Ashtanga yoga, I bring a rich and diverse understanding of yogic practices to my teaching. 

My approach to Hatha yoga is deeply rooted in creating a space for profound connection - with your breath, your body, and your inner self. I offer unique yoga classes thoughtfully tailored to suit individuals of all ages and experience levels, ensuring that each student feels both challenged and supported on their journey.

In my classes, you can expect a holistic experience that goes beyond physical postures. I weave in the powerful practices of pranayama (breathwork) and meditation to help you cultivate a deeper sense of presence, calm your mind, and tap into your inner wisdom.

What are the 7 main Chakras ? Join my meditation classes to learn how to heal and balance your chakras.

We have 114 total chakras for the human body. 112 are inside the body and 2 outside. These are split into the 7 major chakras, 21 minor chakras and 86 micro chakras. 

The 7 main chakras or energy points run within the spinal cord.  From the base of the spine to the crown of the head. 

Each chakra is deeply connected with specific emotional and physical attributes. They also have a specific colour and element associated with it. Each chakra has a seed sound in order to create harmony for the body. 

The chakras are as follows: 
1. The Root Chakra, located at the base of the spine, is associated with security and survival. 

2. The Sacral Chakra, located in the lower abdomen, relates to creativity and passion.

3. The Solar Plexus Chakra, in the upper abdomen, is associated with personal power.

4. The Heart Chakra, in the chest, represents love and compassion.

5. The Throat Chakra governs communication and self-expression.

6. The Third Eye Chakra, in the forehead, is linked to intuition and insight.

7. The Crown Chakra, at the top of the head, is connected to spiritual awareness.

Balancing the chakras is essential for our overall well-being. 
The Chakras influence our physical and mental health. Stress, trauma and negative emotions can cause an imbalance in the chakras. 

Traditionally chakras are a part of various spiritual and holistic healing traditions. We have the knowledge of Yoga and meditation that can help in balance the chakras. 

One can use gemstones, essential oils, singing bowls and crystals to bring harmony, healing and balance to the chakras.

Learn and understand how to do chakra Sadhana and bring harmony and balance in your life.
