A nice couple of days back in Manchester celebrating bday❣️
Good food, good company and still get some training at the same time so no complaints from me!
What fitness to me has changed. Two contrasting styles and both equally as challenging.
Trying to be less one dimensional and moving my body in different ways has been the goal over the last year.
Enjoying the journey so far and looking forward to seeing the progress over the next year.

Hyrox London was a pleasure and a sub 65!
Always nice to get a PB in the process, 1:04:30 was the official time so almost 10 minutes shaved off in 5 months since the first one in Madrid.
Still very new to this sport so time to rest up and recover for now and see what happens next.

Hyrox Amsterdam 🇳🇱
Finish time was 1:06:22. That’s a 7:22 minute quicker than Madrid in November so very happy with that!
Still very new to this sport so it’s only the start and already excited for the next one in London.

Beetroot Juice is in + hot and cold therapy must mean its race week.
Training intensity and volume has definitely increased substantially since Madrid so looking forward to seeing the benefit come race day.
Flying to Amsterdam tomorrow and can’t wait to go again! 🇳🇱
Two years ago. 100kg. Strong but zero engine. I could only move weights but not myself.
Yeah it may look good on the outside but I feel so much better for challenging my body in a different way now with hybrid training.
Definitely would recommend making the switch if you just do weights only in the gym.

Some the lessons I’ve learned in my fitness journey so far.
Definitely don’t want to this to come across as the someone from the lean police but just some things that social media doesn’t show you behind the scenes and somethings others might find relatable/interesting.
The new training regime to try to become the fittest, fastest and strongest I’ve ever been.
Looking forward to seeing what this training block produces.
