Do you find yourself losing motivation to train this time of year?
Eating whatever you want and falling off plan?
Try to plan the week out and fit in a few good sessions a week or go for a walk! Those steps count too!!
Meal plan for the week, this will save you a lot of time and take the pressure off finding the chance to cook a good meal each day.
DON’T put too much pressure on yourself. Enjoy Christmas Day! You aren’t going to lose all your hard work by having a couple ‘bad’ days over the Christmas period.

🤩CLIENT PROGRESS🤩
Over the past 6 weeks Shuchang has been working hard to gain weight and build up her strength. Her progress so far is amazing and each week her strength is improving!
We’ve done this by:
- Following a strength training plan💪🏻
- Upping those calories slowly each week with non restrictive foods❌
- Keeping accountable each week🫶🏻
- Increasing those weights slowly to build up strength and muscle mass⬆️
More to come but we’re heading in the right direction and I’m looking forward to seeing what she achieves 🙌🏻

Hi I’m Carmen AKA InfiniteFitness.
For those who are new here let me tell you a little about me and what I offer as a coach.
I’ve been a personal trainer now for over 2 years. I started training around the age of 16, a few years in I got my own coach which is when I decided I wanted to be a PT too!
