Years ago I made so many mistakes.....over training, under eating, cutting out carbs from my diet, thinking that was the answer to looking good!!! Now I look back and can see I was FAR TOO SKINNY and Undernournished!!
My job is now to prevent you from making the same mistakes and getting amazing results the right way!!!
You deserve to feel and look good without sacrificing your life and health!!!!

The reason why I tell my clients to take pictures...... This is 1 stone loss but for my client is more happier with how her body shape has changed!!! I'm so Proud of her Amazing results, plus seeing the difference in picture was crucial as some weeks she does lose as much as she wanted but scales don't always reflect your hard work!!!

First Bootcamp of the year..... and they all smashed it!! Can't tell u how nice it was to see you all and to be back teaching classes god I've missed it!!!!...Bit of normality and weather was lovely too!!! Well done everyone!!!

How covid has changed so many things but i just had to adapt my way of working and I am still able to coach and give my clients the support they need to help them reach their goals even in this tough lockdown my clients are still smashing it..... whether it just be guidance on food, exercise or both as a team we got this!!! 💪
