As many of you will now know, it is with our deepest sadness that we announce the passing of our owner & founder Kirkwood Walker.

We are all deeply shocked and hurt at this time but would like to thank everyone for their messages, tributes and support. To see the outpouring of love and stories for Kirkwood across Wolverhampton and beyond has been truly incredible but not unexpected for the man we knew.

We are very much aware of the community he has built with our Firewalker family and understand how important exercise and martial arts is to our members. Therefore, we will be opening a reduced timetable for the next couple of days for the gym only. This will be for a few hours with no classes from today 4pm-8pm and then 8am-12pm on the weekend.

This is an incredibly difficult time for us as a team and a family and we will be taking it one step at a time and communicating throughout.

So in true Firewalker style, if you need hit some pads, hold a quiet space or go for a run on the treadmill then you can.
