➡️You look really skinny
⬅️You haven’t been training and you’re a personal Trainer?
➡️Have you not been eating properly?
➡️How have you lost so much weight?

These are questions I’ve had quite often over the past 5 months.

People are so quick to judge…

What people don’t see is what you go through mentally and emotionally, when we hit a tough time in life all you do is try and take care of number 1 and that’s just yourself day to day.

Everything else takes a back seat and that’s ok because it’s still going to be there when you’re ready to go again.

And my time is here, I’m ready to go again with new goals set🏋🏻‍♂️🏃🏻‍♀️

Getting the results you’ve been craving is about creating habits

Creating long lasting habits can be the success of long lasting results

On average it takes a minimum of 18 days to create a habit, are you willing to go that long?

If you struggle to create a habit, you may find you’ll struggle to get results!

‘Never miss a Monday’ 🥱

We’re always made to feel bad for skipping a Monday and not ‘starting the week right’

Monday’s can be one of the busiest days for some people which means getting a workout in can seem extremely difficult!
This is not something you should be made to feel bad about.

You could barely move all day eat like a pig all day but as long as you’ve done your workout and not skipped a Monday that’s ok? - not really...

Start your week with what’s right for you! Maybe it’s ticking every box except a workout and that’s ok because guess what...we all get rest days and that doesn’t matter what day it’s on!

Next time someone says never skip a Monday show them the 🖕🏼

Keep doing what your doing if it’s working for you!

How many times a week should I train?

This is a questions I get asked a lot!

And if I’m honest, the answer is different for everyone...firstly coming from personal preference to what your weekly schedule looks like before adding in your training.

If you can fit in once a week, great!
If you can fit in 3 times a week, great!
If you can fit in 5 times a week, great!

Your goals aren’t going to be reached just by training, you have to make sure you everything else in place alongside it!

Get your nutrition on track🍎, have a step target 🚶🏻‍♀️

Don’t put all the pressure on yourself to train 5+ times a week if nothing else is right alongside it if you’re looking for progression.

‘Never miss a Monday’ 🙄

I personally dislike it when people say this!

I for one don’t always train on a Monday purely for the fact that it’s Monday and I don’t usually feel like it and that’s completely fine! I’d rather not waste my time attempting to when my head isn’t in it!

The reason I’m saying this is people need to know it’s ok to skip a Monday training as long as you hit every other goal you set, skipping Monday is only like skipping a day in the week where you don’t train 🤷🏻‍♀️

Do what feels best for you and not for others!
