This weeks discomfort involved being submitted about 12 times over 7 x 5 min rounds against 2 black belts & a brown belt. Until you start this sport you just can’t comprehend the complexities and levels to it.
Always a humbling but exciting process of this never ending journey 🤝🏽

Simple methods, consistently executed = RESULTS ✅⬇️
So what did my client do?
1) Gradually reduced takeaways down until he was having none but still eating out and enjoying meals with friends etc
2) Regular planned weekly food shops so there was structure to the weekly meals
3) Prioritised high protein foods to keep full
4) Kept meals to more simple less time consuming so it didn’t seem too much of a task to prepare & cook
5) Switched unhealthy snacks to protein snacks or fruit
6) Trained extremely hard for an upcoming HYROX event 4 x per week in the gym whilst also playing badminton 2 x per week and a weekly run
7) Reduced alcohol intake but still enjoying a few drinks within moderation

Lisa 4,500m
42,500m in total. Nearly 5 Mount Everests in total 👏🏽

Being STRONG is underrated. ⬇️
Its not just about being muscly
It’s about creating a robust body that will lead to longevity and increase your overall quality of life
Being truly strong is rare especially into late 30’s/40’s
Be that friend in a group who could do 5+ pull ups or deadlift their bodyweight easily for reps
Start Lifting 💪🏽
