FITNESS comes in so many ways… from getting ya steps in daily to squatting 100kg for a 1 RM. And that’s why FITNESS is for everyone & anyone, is doesn’t matter if there is something you don’t like… if that’s the case choose summat else.. don’t dig up excuses becuz you don’t need to!!! Find something you like & stick at it until your the god damn best!!💪🏼.
10 years for me since my fitness journey began and I’ll never look back…. Only ⏩… I feel the best ever… better than in my 20’s when I didn’t exercise.
Dont be afraid to try anythin… you might surprise yaself😘.

So I’m 45 today…🎈… years am just blastin by😩… but I plan to grow old looking & feeling the best I possibly can😁.
My 5 top tips for achieving the above lol….
⭐️Move as much as possible, whilst you can cuz as we age anythin can happen!
⭐️Eat nutritious food, after all you are what you eat…& be mindful of quantities you eat/drink. Moderation is 🔑
⭐️Positivity…. everythin happens for a reason so make the best out of everythin.
⭐️Don’t be afraid to try new things and set new goals!! Just do it cuz you CAN!
⭐️Last but not least DO NOT let anyone p**s on ya parade🥳

Iron arrow progress over apx 8 weeks starting off with the stronger band (green) then medium strength band (blue) then the lighter band (red) today for the 1st time and pleasantly surprised I GOT IT🐝.
All this is around 10 weeks of work & 1hr sesh each week.
I only hope to be on the red for the next 2/3 weeks then the final band (black) for 3/4 weeks then finally hoping for the bare back Iron arrow.
It’s been a magical journey and as I’ve said before none of this would even be possible without .ann.giles .and.soul.fitness.wolves .and.soul.pole.wolves
