Finally.....

1st night training will start today at 7pm. Its been a very long time but don't be nervous just enjoy the training and be respectful of other people's space.

Please don't attend if you are showing any signs of illness.

To all my Karate and HEMA buddies. Sorry I ain't been around for a while. The new project at work is kicking up a gear, which means lots of miles and driving. Combining this with recent injuries and travel to the physio means I am just too knackered. Another couple of weeks to go, normal service should hopefully resume shortly. Sense Dave
