CLIENT SPOTLIGHT 💫
MEET AMANDA.

This super mum of two came to me in September four months after having her second baby, with a goal to shed body fat and build muscle. And with my guidance, she did exactly that.

In less than 6 months, she put in the work, stayed consistent, and transformed her body, dropping body fat and building muscle.

She kept showing up, stayed committed, and refused to make excuses.

With her hard work in the gym, walking daily, and fuelling her body with healthy food, the results speak for themselves.

I am so very proud of Amanda and all her hard work. It is an absolute pleasure to work with her.
