We're bk to business looking after another local fighters strength and conditioning as prepares for his upcoming fight in December.
It's no coincidence that fighters have put there trust in us to cater for there s&c needs.
They understood as Joey does that we take that responsibility very serious.
The drills and workouts provided are and have been analysed and proven to get already trained athletes into the best conditions of there lives.
Workouts are sport and energy specific, cross pairing drills to reflect energy differs and needs during each round, whilst minimising the need for rest periods.
Along side that there must be at all times a state of mind and mentality that can only persist and prevail.

Shredded! Congratulations to Kyle for your personal achievement at short notice the dedication and discipline shown has been an inspiration to many to witness and a pleasure to support but hearing your son say he's proud of his dad was the icing on the 🍰 roll on next year bigger and better.

Our very own Kyle Beesley will be representing the gym and competing in the Nabba (national amateur bodybuilding association).

You gotta follow your dreams and put all in and Jimmy's a testiment to that we've known him since about 4yrs old so was always gonna have his back and support him, as we did with his nutritional needs during fight camp!
