We’re excited to be able to provide our White and Yellow Belt students an opportunity to compete in the 2026 World Cup and gain valuable tournament experience with our new Kihon and Kick Shield Sumo events.

To assist students to prepare for these events, we have created the below tutorial videos demonstrating the 2 different Kihon combinations and what to expect during both Kick Shield Sumo and Kihon at the World Cup.

Over the weekend, some of our students and instructors attended the black belt and kyu grading sessions at Hednesford Prime!

It was great to see both outstanding effort and skill across both sessions - well done to all who achieved their next grade! 👏

Congratulations to Sensei Steve, Sensei Asia, Sempai Sylvia, Sensei Mark and Sensei Levi who absolutely smashed a tough and sweaty session tonight and achieved their next grade!
