Three fantastic classes at All Saints. The beginners class worked on zenkutsu dachi on the move, then with a partner and finally by pushing a kick shield back. The yellow belts continued with the pad as the practised bag sumo whist the white belts did two blocks and a kick. We finished off with some tag sparring. The second class also had forward stance in a starring role where we moved on the spot incorporating a block and a double punch. Next, it was on to kata beginning with first and moving up to bassai dai. The advanced class began with first kata all the way to empi with feedback from sensei. We then moved on to partner work in kumite in line with the new black belt format. Thanks to Rhys and Amari for their help.
