20 wedding dresses. Countless bridal boutiques. And then… I tried on this one🤍

Finding my wedding dress took quite a while.

I tried on so many dresses and visited bridal boutiques all over the UK. I had a pretty clear idea of what I wanted… but somehow, I couldn’t find it.

I knew I didn’t want anything too grand or too sparkly, with lots of beads or lace.

I wanted my dress to represent my values: lightness, freedom, grace, femininity and beauty. I wanted to feel like me.

And then, after trying on around 20 dresses, I found myself in a lovely, cosy bridal boutique in Shrewsbury, Code : Bridal | Luxury Wedding Dresses & Bespoke Alterations

I tried on this dress by designer Jane Aston Bridal and suddJane Aston Bridalno more doubts.

I just looked in the mirror and thought:

Yes. This is the one🥹

Barely slept.
Too much excitement. A hydrogel mask to the rescue.

A peaceful breakfast in the garden.

And then my beauty fairies arrived Natalia Wykupil | Bridal | Makeup Artist | Leicester | Como and Acton Hair Studio

I was looking for hair and makeup professionals for quite a long time, tried different artists, and carefully chose the ones I trusted with such an important morning.

They completely exceeded my expectations. The makeup and hair amazingly complemented my bridal look.

Grateful for their talent, their care, and for making me feel so beautiful. 🤍

Imagine getting married here… 🤍

I had always dreamed of getting married somewhere that offered an escape from the busy city life. A place surrounded by woodland, rolling fields and the most incredible views.

And we found it in Wales at Exclusive Use Countryside Wedding Venue with Accommodation where we celebrated for 3 days with our closest and dearest people.

With this post, I will begin the story of our perfect wedding… Stay tuned. There are many beautiful pics to post and a story to tell.

😎A wedding is not a joke

He knows I can’t live without a little adventure — I always need to discover somewhere new. ❤️

So this time, my husband took me cycling around Sutton Park. 🚲🌿

We rode along beautiful lakes, through blooming heather and between wild apple trees covered in tiny apples. 🍎💜 The route wasn’t exactly easy, but that only made the adventure more fun!

We also stopped for a little picnic by the lake — the perfect way to recharge and enjoy the views. 🧺🌿

We were hoping to spot the famous wild ponies… but unfortunately, they never crossed our path. 🐴

Still, another little adventure together — and that’s what matters most. ❤️
