Pilates isn’t “just stretching”
We can apply all its principles we teach at IP into everything we do.
I decided to increase my load a bit more with a 10kg kettle bell this morning to add a bit more weight training into my Pilates practice. But combine restorative stretches within the work along with classical mat exercises which use own body weight. Low Impact yet powerful.
Right now I’m trying to keep my body strong and at 43 I’m navigating changes in my body and processing that not all is what it seams on the inside right now.
So my personal goal is to move my body in a way that feels supportive for strength & mobility and keeping my cortisol as low as I can.

I’m a calm, friendly and caring Pilates instructor who’s passionate about helping people feel strong, confident and comfortable in their own bodies. Pilates has become a huge part of my life over the past four years, supporting both my physical and mental wellbeing, and I love helping others experience those same benefits.
I’m happiest outdoors with my horse Bruno and my dog Ziggy. I love travelling, especially solo adventures, exploring new places and meeting people from different cultures. When I’m not teaching or travelling, you’ll usually find me on the farm driving tractors or quad bikes, building something hands-on, or focusing on healthy eating and living an active lifestyle.🌿
