Join me for a beautiful Sunday morning of movement, fresh air and connection in nature.
We'll begin the day with a gentle outdoor yoga practice followed by a drink from the cafรฉ, a chat, and the chance to connect with like-minded people. Whether you come with a friend or on your own, you'll be warmly welcomed. It's a lovely opportunity to slow down, move your body, meet new people, and start your Sunday feeling refreshed and restored!

Starting Thursday 2nd July, join me for an hour dedicated entirely to you.
Leave the demands of the day at the door, take a deep breath, and allow yourself to slow down. Through gentle movement and mindful stretching, you'll have the opportunity to release tension, quiet the mind and reconnect with yourself.
Whether you're completely new to yoga or looking for a calming midweek ritual to balance a busy schedule, this class offers a welcoming space to unwind, breathe deeply and simply be.

A few still moments from Wednesday's workshop at Boutique Cabins & Luxury Lodges with hot tubs in Shropshire โจ๐ฟ
Taking time to slow down, breathe deeply and simply be can have a powerful impact on both wellbeing and performance. Together we explored yoga, breathwork and meditation practices that helped us step away from busy schedules and daily demands, returning with greater clarity, focus and calm.
Thank you to the staff from Marshall Harmony who joined me. It was a pleasure to facilitate this experience for you!

I'm thrilled to be partnering with the West Brom Building Society to bring Yoga with Ruth to their Tipton Branch, with classes beginning on Thursday 2nd July!
The West Brom does such wonderful work creating spaces and opportunities that support the health and wellbeing of the local community and I'm truly honoured to play a small part in that.
Whether you're completely new to yoga or continuing your practice, these gentle classes are designed to help you find a little calm amidst the busyness of everyday life.
